Foundations Performance Training is a one-man operation dedicated to making people strong and robust inside and out without wasting their time. The aim is for my clients to master the basics, fall in love with the process and foster their independence.
Education is a key part of my process – I want my clients to understand why we do what we do, rather than just blindly following my instructions. People continue to work with me because they want to, not because they need to.
